Love them both, but Cowboy has some magic going right now.

It’s part of the pattern of cowboy, looks amazing and then when it’s top 5 in a big fight he doesn’t show up

Completely agree! Still feel like it's a bad match up for Conor. Too nasty, too much endurance, too much experience. Conor has been exposed in so many ways. Cowboy taps him inside of two rounds.

Agree with all the above points, but Cowboy is a slow starter whereas Conor is the opposite. Will be interesting if the fight ends up happening.

We can still hope though. Hands down one of the most exciting potential fights this year.

After watching Masvidal and Nate destroy cowboy with boxing fundamentals I’d have to think Conor does the same. Of course cowboy is dangerous and can catch anyone.

Conor should finish him early with body shots.

I dont know how any of you guys can take Conor after his last two fights. He's definitely not the same fighter he was pre Mayweather.

Twilight of cowboys career , would of been a better fight 5-8 years ago.

He’s a dad now and has developed old man strength. I’d say he’s still very much relevant

Cowboy is still hungry.  Conor has lost all signs of the killer instinct he had

Will Conor quit partying and take it seriously?  Sounds like he hasn't been as of late.

A very winnable, yet fan friendly, fight for Conor. Smart.

I hope cowboy wins but I fear conor rips him to the body and stops him early. Cowboy is weak to the body if he's weak anywhere.

If cerrone comes out like he did against Perry he'll win. Dude was super focused and determined in that fight. More so than any fight of his I recall.

I wonder if Cerrone will finally get out of the pattern of failing in big events. Anytime it's the big fight he doesn't show up, but I have to admit, the cerrone I've seen lately is completely different than any cerrone I've seen before. Hes finally fighting with a purpose and I think that could be a big difference in this fight.

If Cerrone is smart, he will go with his BJJ in this fight which is a bit underrated.  Hes nasty on the ground.

Did anybody notice in Conor's video, he was not at SBG in Ireland?

Conor does the billion dollar left and Ko’es the cowboy but both get a nice payday and become bros.

I would love to see Cowboy give him a beating, but I dont see it happening. He stands up too straight and tall with his chin too high and no headmovement. Cowboy also moves straight forward using no angles. I cant see Conor with his big left hand missing Cowboy's chin. Conor always starts fast and Cowboy has been a slow starter his entire career. I think Conor blasts him out early before Cowboy has a chance to ever get into the fight.

If Conor doesn't get him out of there in one round, Conor's done as a top fighter

Oh we already know how Cerrone is going to fight Conor. Cerrone himself said before the Alvarez fight, "fuck striking with Conor, just take him down and submit him." Conor knows exactly everything Cerrone is going to be trying to do. Which is why we have been seeing Conor sparring nothing but kickers and BJJ'ers lately. Everyone and their grandma knows Cerrone is going to leg kick, look for the head kick, punch to set up the takedown, and grapple. When the average Joe schmoe fuck knows this, then believe me, Conor knows all of this 100000000x more. Conor knows every set up Cerrone has for his head kicks. Conor knows Cerrone is a triangle choke/armbar kind of guy. It is amusing how Cerrone truly believes it's going to be easy to just take Conor down and sub him. If Khabib had trouble wrestling with Conor, and on the ground, It makes no logical sense that Cerrone would be able to do better against Conor in the wrestling/grappling, then Khabib. Plus this isnt a Conor off a 2 year lay off anymore. Conor looks more motivated then he has ever been before. Conor looks sharp as fuck in the new sparring footage he just released. Good on Cerrone for his heart and how durable he is. But without a doubt Conor is the absolutely more skilled, technical, more intelligent fighter. I don't see why Conor cant beat Cerrone worse then anyone ever has before. Conor needs an absolute master clinic performance over Cerrone. But I hope that if Conor wins not as dominantly as some expect, that Conor doenst get any shit for it. Cerrone is much bigger and pretty durable. Conor could beat Cerrone worse then he beat Alvarez, and that would still be great for Cerrone since he will be getting paid big from red panty night. Really hoping the Cerrone fight is a stay busy fight, like the Siver fight was, and with the same outcome. If Conor dominates and takes zero damage , Conor can fight Tony for interim title right away. Would be awesome! Lets go Conor !
